HD and UHD TVs

The audio sync is chronically off with and without soundbar. I have tried all possible solutions: reset TV, rest Audio, reset delay...etc, and problem still persists. All possibilities identified by Samsung appear to defer the issue to things like the users internet, HDMI cables, soundbar, etc. This doesn't stand up to the fact that the issue did not exist when using another Samsung set with all the same devices (Samsung Soundbar), HDMI cable and internet connection. The issue seems to be with this model.
