HD and UHD TVsHello,
Just recently picked one of these up in anticipation of using in our new store. I've seen the poor reviews of the app in the Apple store but decided to give it a try anyway. Well, so far, the reviews are correct. Super clunky. Would be far easier to design and publish if they offered a desktop app. Or clean up the current app to make it 1) more stable and 2) easier to navigate and use.
So my big issue is I'm unable to upload my own content. I've spent a few hours scouring the web and an hour with Samsung tech support to no avail. They won't respond to my daily check-ins on my support ticket.
If anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate it.
