I have never experienced service so terrible than I have from Samsung and their 3rd party technician. Not only is it impossible to get a call back - but they have no solution for a terrible misrepresentation by the technician. A flat TV that I purchased has an obvious bend in it. The back panel is causing the top right of the screen to bend inwards. After discussing that there was zero damage to the package and that it was properly handled in installation, the technician still deemed it as concealed damage. It's completely unethical and ridiculous service to receive from this company. How would anyone prove a manufacturing defect of a product? I get a feeling that these people are expected to deny warranty service at all cost.
