HI recently purchased a qa75QN85 TV
The binge streaming app keeps freezing when playing HD movies.
Before you say its my internet or the app not the TV, I use the samsung inbuilt browser to play the same movies and it does exactly the same, I can play them on my PC no issues through the website.
I can also play them fine through my Dune HD media player.
Is there a fix for this.
I have tried all the samsung suggestions resetting TV reinstalling app resetting HUB, Hard reboot TV, Issue remains.
