On my TV smart hub, can’t register new account because my email already exists. Can’t reset my password using the same email because the account doesn’t exist. Any solutions to this issue? I can log in on my phone using my phone number and Touch ID to send this message.
Have you tried resetting the password through a browser? Please provide the full model code and current software version of the television. These can be found by going to Settings>Support>Contact Samsung.
I’m also unable to log in...during initial setup. No problem logging in online. Model NU6070. Can’t tell you which software because I can’t move past login during initial setup.
