I purchased a Samsung series 7 smart tv a few months ago, have absolutely loved it until today when it stopped changing channels. I have checked the IR, reset the remote, tried the spectrum remote, tried the smart things remote, I can control anything but the changing of channels. So far I just find the same methods troubleshooting when I search and no mention of results. I guess I will try a complete power cycle of my tv, cable box and internet but I don't have the issue on a similar TV downstairs. Is there a surefire solution to this issue?
