I'm connected to the internet but I keep getting this message-Can't connect to samsung server 116

I'm sorry to hear that, does this occur after power cycling the TV? Also are you using wireless or ethernet?

I too have this issue (exact same error message) Model QE55Q7FAM  @SamsungCaleb 

 

It's an ethernet connection to my router. I've powercycled the TV numberous times, I've upgraded the firmware to the latest 1280.5 but still get the same message.
