I juust updated my 50" tele to a new RU7100 Series 7.

I love it. Except, when listening to a digital radio channel, the screen displays a bright colourful image with a sentence saying something like "The channel has nothing to display" in black text.

Our old TV displayed use to display a black background with a floating image of a speaker.

Is there any way of changing the background image or turning the scree off so you can only hear the radio?

Ha, my wife figured it out .... Smiley LOL

In Settings / General  / Accessability / you can turn on High Contrast and it changes your screen to be darker colours rather thann light.

When you select a radio channel, the background colour is now black with very small light text in the centre of the screen.
