Cannot connect Bluetooth device with my TV

Hi,

My TV model is UA55MU8000 and I am trying to connect my TV with sound system and headphone via Bluetooth but unfortunately it cannot pair with the device. The external Bluetooth device which I am trying to connect shows on the Bluetooth speaker list on the TV but unable to pair. My TV is upgraded with latest firmware which is 1280.5 but still unable to pair. 
Have anyone came across such issue, please assist me to fix this issue.
