Crystal UHD TV TU7000 UN65TU7000FXZA

WHen I update my APP Settings and "move" the apps to where I want them to be located on the launcher bar, it saves it in that screen but NOT on the home screen. So my Apps are always out of order and take a lot of scrolling to find what I want to launch. Feature works fine on my three other Samsung models ... issue limitied to this new device. I have reset, deleted and reloaded, etc. Any suggestions?

I am sorry to hear about this. Please call in to 800-726-7864, and ask the agent to remote connect to your television. They will be able to assist you.
