My parents have a Samsung AU8000. Model number is UN65AU8000FXZA. They have Verizon FIOs in Queens,NY. The Verizon box is set to HDMI1. I would like to have the Samsung TV Plus button open the Verizon Fios app i created instead but that doesn't seem to possible according to Samsun customer support. Can anyone recommend a decent customizable TV remote? I'd like one that changes the on-screen buttons for each device selected such as Verizon Fios or DVD etc. Thanks.
