Screen issues onQ90T

Hi guys 

i bought this TV about a month ago and looks like there are some black spots or shadows visible especially on bright back ground. Is it gray uniformity issue or something else? Even samsung changed the Panel still it persisted, don't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated

This is not good at all. Samsung costumer service is not doing a good job here. Poor communication among departments. One day i get a call saying that i would get a full refund as its defective TV, and when i call back 10 days later to follow up they say No refund and we can not do much.

its a new TV with Full warranty i have no idea whats going on here. I promise i would not buy again but Fix this TV for God sake for now. 
honestly speaking i regret buying from samsung
