You can reach out to Samsung India at samsung.com/in/support. The televisions in India have different software than in the US, so the resources are different. The Discovery Plus team in your country is discoveryplus.in, although I cannot verify the site due to ISP restrictions in India.Login to the app and website in the US shows no issues.
When searching for any app in the app store and it doesn't show up, this means that the app developers haven't made the app compatible with the TV model as of yet. You would need to reach out to the app developers and see if they can provide some info on when and if they will make it compatible.
