KS8000 8-Series 4K SUHD TV
Disney+ requires us to login every time we use it. Any suggestions as to how to fix it is it a bug we can expect to have it fixed?
We are sorry to hear about this. Have you tried reinstalling the app? If you have, the next step is to reset the Smart Hub by navigating to Settings > Support. Select Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub, and then enter your PIN (default is 0000). After the reset is complete, select OK.
This is happening on my UN65KS8000FXZA, as well. It started about 1 week ago, and since then we have to login every time we start the app.
The TV won't let you uninstall/reinstall the Disney+ app, because it says it's a default app.
Resetting Smart Hub did not resolve the problem.
Have you tried a factory reset on the TV?
So, reset the TV, reinstall all apps, update all previous settings, etc. That doesn't sound unreasonable at all.
Nothing is working, it seems to be an app issue. We went 3 days without having to login and then it happened again. It just logs you out. It's a pain since everything needs a 'strong password', so it's not just simple and easy to 'type'.
