Disney+ requires login every time

KS8000 8-Series 4K SUHD TV
UN65KS8000FXZA

 

Disney+ requires us to login every time we use it.  Any suggestions as to how to fix it is it a bug we can expect to have it fixed?

We are sorry to hear about this. Have you tried reinstalling the app? If you have, the next step is to reset the Smart Hub by navigating to Settings > Support. Select Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub, and then enter your PIN (default is 0000). After the reset is complete, select OK.

This is happening on my UN65KS8000FXZA, as well. It started about 1 week ago, and since then we have to login every time we start the app.

 

 

 

The TV won't let you uninstall/reinstall the Disney+ app, because it says it's a default app.

 

Resetting Smart Hub did not resolve the problem.

So, reset the TV, reinstall all apps, update all previous settings, etc. That doesn't sound unreasonable at all.

 

Nothing is working, it seems to be an app issue. We went 3 days without having to login and then it happened again. It just logs you out. It's a pain since everything needs a 'strong password', so it's not just simple and easy to 'type'.

I am having the same problem. It started about a week ago. I have reloaded app and reset the smart hub. Neither cured the problem.

Same issue here as well. Has anyone found a solution? We have attempted all of the suggestions already before turning to the internet for answers. This is just ridiculous it works just fine on our Fire tv and another tv that has the fire stick on it. The fact that it is only this app on this Samsung tv says something. Also the fact that we have to type in everything every time instead of being able to say log in on our phone at least that would be way faster.
