Our TV has started losing connection to our smarttv apps. Sometimes it lets us watch something for a few min but then will say sorry no conection. Now it won't even let us load any. It says Error- Unable to connect to the network. It says to unplug the TV (we did) push power for 3 seconds to reset (we tried that) unplug the router (tried that too). We did a wireless network connection test and it says it's failed. I'm confident it's this tv because all the other tv's and devices in our house are working just fine.
I'm sorry to hear that, have you tried using an ethernet cable? Also what is your current software version?
