Getting error AS415 in the app store when trying to download Pluto.TV

I'm getting this error when trying to go to the Pluto TV page into the app store to download it. Didn't happen this to me with recent apps like Disney+ that came recently in my country (Argentina).

My TVs models are KU6000 (I guess this TV is from 2016) and MU6500 (and this 2017/2018).

Ok, but which model of TV have you? Did it show the error for you too when trying to access to Pluto in the app store? Thanks,.
