I have a Samsung Smart TV. My HBONow app was updated to HBO Max. But now the HBOMax won't allow me to watch anything. It keeps asking me to sign in.. and when I do.. it's saying HBO Max is not compatible with my service. Help!

If you have tried re-installing the app and the software of the television is up to date, we would recommend contacting HBO regarding this.
