HDMI not working on Series 6 65"

I have a Samsung Series 6 (65").  The HDMI ports suddenly stopped working.  The TV recognizes that there is a device plugged in, but says the power is off.  Tried all 3 HDMI ports, same thing.  Tried same cable box and HDMI cable on another TV and no problem.  Tried every online workaround I could find (power down, unplug cables, hold down power for 30 seconds, etc.)

 

Is this a hardware problem?  Device is around 5 years old, so way out of warranty.  Worth trying to fix, or scrap it and buy a new TV without the same known issue?

It very much sounds like it could be the board causing the ports to no longer work.  If it's worth fixing really depends on your preference on if you like this one enough to invest further into it or if you are looking to start fresh.
