Half of my screen is dis colored

Half of my tv screen is discolored. When I cut it off for 1-2 hours it works fine for like 20-40 minutes and then it goes back to being discolored in the top half.

If it's under warranty file a warranty claim. If it's not under warranty the cost to repair or replace it will be up to you.
