TV 55" Class LED NU6900 Series 2160p Smart 4K UHD TV with HDR

Friday a black spot covering half of the 55' screen appeared and nothing I do resolved the issue. I have tried unplugging, turning off, moving from app to app, resetting the settings, and multiple other things. Its football season and this is the only TV in house.
HELP! I have not yet opened a service ticket with SAMSUNG. Can a link be provided?
