I have an older 7100 monitor which has worked well until recently. There is a series of very faint vertical lines across the entire screen causing an almost cloud across the image. Most of the time the image comes on clear when turning the TV on however within a minute or two it appears. It is also there when casting content from a device. Any suggestions? Is a diagnostic available to run? Thank you
Hey there! I noticed you said monitor and TV interchangeably; can you verify what the unit is? If it's a TV, have you checked out the following solution: Vertical Banding On TV (most models)? If the unit is a computer monitor instead, there are no steps to take other than a power cycle. After the power cycle and the lines still appear, it'll need service.
