It's taken over a month to get my broken TV sorted out. I have been through a whole bunch of different departments in which all contact me in diffrent ways. One will call the other will text then I will get a random email from another. I just wanted my TV fixed but that's not what's happening. Instead I'm getting a partial refund after they come and get the TV. I was told by customer service that I should be able to get my refund in a day but they sent me an email saying 3 to 11 days. My TV has been messed up for a whole month now. They haven't scheduled a pick up. I'm having to come up with the money to buy a new TV bc who knows when I will get the refund. It's taken a month to get to where I'm at now. It will probably take a month for them to process the return. It's ok though lesson learned I will not be buying any more samsung electronics.
