How to add apps to TV

I have a smart tv that i just bought off of marketplace and it is a 2015 mode I believe and can not figure out how to add current app to it look like hulu, Disney+ and so on...

Can someone please help me of any contact info to someone I can give my I address to and it would be awesome to have the stuff wiped out and current apps from this country put on it....

Hello! Thank you so much for reaching out. I completely understand your concerns with the tv not being able to add current apps on the tv. Have you tried to update the tv to the current software? Navigate to Menu, then select Settings, and then select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Auto Update to turn it off or back on.

 

If the issue continues then you would need to have a certified technician to take a look at your unit. You can reach out directly to Samsung Support at 1-800-726-7864 or one of the following digital methods:
