I have to do a soft reset every time I turn my TV on

I bought my Samsung smart TV over the summer and in the last few weeks every time I turn it on it’s either frozen on the last image or just showing there’s no internet. The settings say I’m connected but nothing requiring WiFi works. I have to do a soft reset by holding down the power button every single time. It’s super frustrating considering my TV is less than a year old. I’ve checked for updates but am apparently up to date. I’ve even done a complete reset to factory settings yet the issue persists. Any help would be appreciated as I’m pretty irritated my expensive new TV is already having issues. Model code UN65NU6900
