I was so excited about my Samsung frame tv, and have been met with nothing but disappointment
my sonos beam (gen 2) works about 70% of the time. The voice control works about 79% of the time. The app has never worked. Not once.
calling support is less than supportive.
is this a lemon? The picture is so great. But I just unplugged my sound bar, and it depresses the heck out of me that I have thousands of dollars of advanced, modern tech that does. Not. Work.
