My mute sign keeps flashing on the screen and when trying to increase or lower volume, it only goes up or down by one point. I have tried resetting sound, resetting smarthub (works but only for a day). Not sure what else I can do.
If the mute icon ( π ) is flashing on screen, it means that your tv is currently muted. increase/decreasing volume doesnt unmute so this is intentional. Are you sure your remote is sending the right command (is it the original remote or a universal)? Whats the model #
