My UHD 65 Samsung TV keeps rebooting with Updating software when connected to One Connect Box

Hi,

 

My 65 inch UHD smart tv started rebooting  say Updating Software and will reboot in ... This keeps repeating over  and over again. I noticed that harddrive was no longer powered up which was connected to my One Connect Box which is model #BN96-35817B. Serial is 150512A1/B6FP. When I unplugged all the connects from the box, the TV stopped rebooting. I am wondering if I can request for a replacement box. I am not sure if its the box and cable. When I press on the Source, not of my external devices (Robu) shows up anymore.

Has anyone encounter this issue and solved it?

Yes.  The One Connect Mini box seems to be full of failure, according to my TV service person.  And it costs an arm and a leg to get a new one.  One would expect after spending all this money on the TV, Samsung would somehow back this thing.
