Netflix comtent will not stream on UA40HU6000JXZK smart Tv, 2014 model.
Can access the Netflix menu but when play is selected it will not stream or just for a few seconds and then blank screen or fault message. Using Apple TV and Netflex app connected via HDMI 1 port.
It has latest firmware update. Apple TV and internet connect is working fine as the same Apple TV devise works perfectly fine on other Sony TV in the house.
Any ideas how to resolve thie issue?
