So, I have an open case with Samsung regarding my TV and it's under warranty. The Case Management department told me to submit the proof of purchase I did 5 times and whenever I called them to ask about an update they said we did not receive the proof of purchase. Even Costco from where I bought my TV they contacted Samsung and confirmed that they have the proof of purchase. Its been over 2 months and now whenever customer support transfers my call to case management they never answer my call. Every day I am spending 3-4 hours on hold nobody answering my call. I will never buy any Samsung product in my life again and try to make sure no one else in my family buy it. However, any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
