One Connect not working

Hello all. I need help resolving an issue with a one connect issue? Or so I think? The model# is. -UN65MU8000FXZA. AND Version FB03. Serial number is - <REMOVED>.  Could anyone offer any suggestions on how to maybe fix this issue? I have turned the tv on and connected the one connect box and it shows the tv/connect screen and it will act like it is tuning to Samsung plus tv channels and then it just goes blank!! I’ve soft reset and hard reset with the tv remote and it one time actually let me access everything and try to set up the tv but after about a minute it went right back to the original screen!! Please help!!
