I could use some help please.
I recently cut the cable and went all streaming. I even bought a new tv to enhance the experience-I was wrong. Often I get a playback error (13:T5BQ 9V18 12PE) that says not connected to server even though the tv is connected to the Internet. I've tried disconnecting/reconnecting from/to the Internet and restarting the tv to clear the fault but nothing works right away.
It eventually will reconnect and all life resumes as normal.

It's not hung up on an app. When the tv is turned on its a 50/50 I get the not connected to the server. When I look at settings it's connected to the internet. I will restart the tv several times (any where from 2-10 times) and then it will connect.
