Hello - while watching the TV, near the bottom left in the back of the TV something blew, it made a sound, and sparks started falling down. There was a burning smell coming from the back of the TV and now it doesn’t turn on at all. The model is UN65NU8000. It is connected to a powerful surge protector. Nothing else happened to any of the other devices connected to the surge protector. Can somebody help with this please?
