I have this Samsung SmartTV (UA48JU6800). I am not able to find the (Amazon) Prime Video app in the SmartHub TV App Store.
I called customer support and they asked me update the TV firmware via USB download and said that automatic update (TV connected to WiFi) will not work. I tried that but the TV displays a message saying no update found. Neither online nor on USB.
Is it possible for me to have a Prime Video app on this TV model? Or this TV will never support that app?
All other video apps like YouTube, Netflix, Dailymotion etc. are there in the App Store and are working fine.
