The app starts on the logo screen, then the logo screen flashes on and off. I tried to reinstall, unregister the TV with Amazon, and reset the TV. None worked.
It shows the app updated 7/15/2019 and I haven't had problems until today.
I deregistered and logged out of all devices, then held down the power button on my Samsung remote for 10 seconds... magic!

Unplugging the tv restores prime video app for me but not a solution since it now has to be done daily. No other apps I use require this.
