For several months every time I turn on my tv's (I have 4 Samsung Smart TVs) it will say I have no signal and unable to connect to the network. The trick to fix it is to hold down the power button until the Samsung Smartv comes on the screen and then it works. I hate going through this every time. I should turn the tv on and select my source such as Netflix and go on my way. How do we fix this so it works like it is supposed to?
Please provide the full model code as well as the software version the TV is currently running so that I can look a bit further into this for you.
