Samsung 7100 loses connection every time

I've only had this tv for about 1 month  (Samsung 7100).  It was working fine and then suddenly it loses internet connection and I have to unplug it to reconnect every time I want to use the TV.  This is ridiculous.  I bought the Samsung over the other brands because it was supposed to be great.  I have an Orbi wifi system throughout the house to make sure the signal is strong.  I don't have this problem on any other TV's (even the ancient TV with a Roku works fine and doesn't drop the signal).  The tv has the latest update.

Can you confirm if TV is on version 1315.4? Is this 2019 model RU7100?

I bought it a few months ago from Target.  It is 7100.  I went to updates and it checked and said it was updated?  I'm somewhat smart TV illiterate.

When you go in to the software update, what is the current version shown in the box?

It shows the TV as NU7100
Software as 1270.  When I try to update it, it says I have latest update.
