Hello to all of you who are fellow sufferers at the hands of Samsung Premium Care.
I'm on my second ticket to prove that I bought a TV of which they are already aware that I have a Premium Care Repair Plan.
Since their site doesn't work, I really need to have an email address to which I can send them my invoice.
Has anyone had any success with this?
