I bought a tv from samsung in 2017. directly from samsung website. First i bought KS7000 television series. That tv had liquid crystal damage first week of purchase so samsung sent me KS9000 series tv. tv model is UN65k9000fxza. This tv was okay until this year, when last month in october it started showing screen issues. The screen is unusable and i cannot display my ps5 game display. The tv is damaged and not working. I spent 1300 on this tv and it should last. I am worried about samsung reliability. Please help me fix this screen issue on this television.
Sorry to tell you that if the TV is not still under warranty the cost to repair or replace it will be up to you. The money would be better spent towards a new TV imo.
