I have a MU8000 4k UHD. The TV plus app suddenly stopped loading. It clocks with a black screen and then I get the message to "retry". Have a wifi connection. Others apps are working just fine. Please help!!!!!
Clear all its data and uninstall it then reinstall and check to see if maybe there's a small not completed update with the new usage terms you need to agree to for continuing to use it. And perhaps you can see where your TV location is showing or the app just to make sure its not showing outside the US since it's only currently for there. Stranger things have happened bud.
Thanks a lot.. I tried "cold booting" which apparently is holding the power button down untill the tv switches off and then on again. It worked like magic 🪄🪄🪄🪄🪄
