Call customer support. The number found in your TV settings. A tech. will call you back. Give the tech. access to your TV and the tech. will remove what ever you don't want. It's quick and easy. I had the same problem; upgrade installed TV Plus, which is annoying without internet access. After I got my Samsung TV connected to the internet, I learned to enjoy TV plus real fast. I have now 4 Samsung TVs, and I love them all.
