HD and UHD TVsHello! Thank you for reaching out! TV plus is a really useful to watch TV. I would recommend trying first to make sure that you are connected to the 2.4GHz network on your TV. You should be able to tell which is which when selecting what network your connecting to, as most TVs will show the name of your network without 5GHz in the name. Most of our TVs are not compatible with the 5GHz signal.
If this does not help then you can try a factory reset on the TV. You will be able to do that by going to Settings > General > Reset, the pin for the TV should be 0000 unless it was changed.
After that, I would recommend calling in directly to speak with our remote management team. Our number is 1 (800) 726-7864.
