Hello everyone, I am writing hoping some one can help me out with this problem I've been having lately with my Samsung TV.
It's a smart TV Samsung series 6 model # UN55NU6900. I have been trying to open all my apps. So I go to home menu, displaying my smart hub. I scroll over to the apps option I press on it and screen comes up saying "apps loading" but nothing comes up, it goes right back to the smart hub menu. I try again and it does the same thing. So it won't let me open all my apps and it's frustrating because I've tried so many times and it keeps doing the same thing over and over again.
So please if someone can help me fix this or explain to me why it's doing this, I highly appreciate it . Thanks in advance
