HD and UHD TVsService Request Number: 4160153021
Product Information: 50" Class NU6900 Smart 4K UHD TV (2018)
Model Number: UN50NU6900FXZA
Warranty: Friday, December 31, 2021
Filled out service request.
Repair info sent to USSI.
USSI sent an email that said to call them.
I called.
USSI said they do not fix 50" TVs.
Samsung cancelled my repair.
I chatted with Samsung website, and they just sent me to the form to request service again.
I assume if I request another again, the same thing will happen.
How do I get Samsung to re-open the request they should not have cancelled.

HD and UHD TVsI am still here with a broken TV under warrantee that Samsung says they will not replace or repair!
I was finally able to get Samsung to address this. (a new ticket)
They said Best buy would replace to credit.
I've waited two weeks to be contacted.
I reached out to Best Buy and they said they do not do this past the return window and to contact Samsung, since it is a Warrantee issue.
So, I am still here with a broken TV under warrantee that Samsung says they will not replace or repair!
I need Samsung to just give me the money back for their broken product!
