I can’t sign in to smart tv, it’s greyed out and home button on remote is not working. I reset smart hub and tv and it won’t get past agreements page because my account can’t log in. When I go to Samsung account it is greyed out and says function unavailable
I understand this is frustrating. I recommend calling in to 800-726-7864, and have the agent remote access the TV. They will be able to resolve this for you.
