I bought this tv on 11/2016 with 5 years extended warranty at Bestbuy . Started having the error message : check The one connect is connected to the tv. I called best buy and explain the issue, the Geeks Squad guy told me, warranty is for tv only, not the box and the cable. If they need to replace the box or the one connect cable, i will pay the cost. I'm so frustrated it. I told them politely: when i bought the tv, that include the one connect box and the cable, all in one tv box. That Geeks guy told me: stop explaining!. I'm so mad with the way bestbuy treating customer.
