Here's an update on trying to get our one connect TV to work. We have been trying for 3 weeks to find a solution. My husband had been on the phone, written PMs, and still we haven't heard anything about how to resolve the issue. The only resolution we have found is to buy a new one connect box. We can only get it from Samsung and it's $399.00. We can't buy one locally. If you can replace this for free we would be happy. We're still having to buy a new TV because now we can't even get a response from you, and it won't be a Samsung. It would be nice if we didn't have to scrap a really nice tv. But that's basically all it is right now.
