We have owned many Samsung products over the years including this TV. Until last night we have had faith in Samsung's workmanship. While watching a show with my family, all of the sudden the screen fell forward from the top and came off completely. We powered the TV down immediately and unplugged it right after. After a brief search on the internet we came across several similar instances when this occurred. We look forward to a prompt response from Samsung and a fair resolution. As long as this happens our faith in Samsung will be restored.
