The screen on my 50" Class J6200 Full LED Smart TV stopped operating this morning. The TV showed horizontal stripes with a black circle in the lower left corner. I touched the screen and burned my fingertip. The heat was so intense that it started to melt the plastic frame. I would say that I use my TV less often than the average viewer. In this instance, the TV was on for less than an hour. Luckily, I caught this before it caused a fire. After searching this issue on your customer support site, I was shocked by how many other customers have reported the same problem. My last two TVs have been Samsung and have always been satisfied with your products. I plan on getting a QLED TV this holiday season. Is there an option where I can get this repaired or even recieve a voucher for a replacement TV? Otherwise, I may have to switch brands.
