Recently purchased a UN55TU7000FXZA TV. Like it very much - except for one thing. The Sling TV app stops every 10 minutes or so - the screen goes black, no sound. Returning to the Home bar, launching another app, then relaunching Sling, brings it back, but have to restart whatever program we're watching. Using a Roku stick as a workaround, but shouldn't need to with a new TV.
Anyone else encounter this? Is there a fix? I've tried all the restart / reset / clear cache suggestions. TV has up-to-date firmware.
